I do wonder about the pains tied to areas where we can't clearly see that healing is going on, but I can't argue that you don't really feel better after this, if that is the case. I guess the wrist and the heels are the places where you can most obviously tell something beneficial happened? Fascinating...

I guess I'll have to try myself once again (I got concerned due to me not urinating as much as is apparently normal when things are going well. Urinated just once a day after starting my 46 hour dryfast - I blogged about it here: http://www.fastingconnection.com/blog/first-dry-fast.html
