Dear Carol,
to be drastic:
The junk that came out of my guts gave me sometimes the impression I had given birth to 200 babies :-) plus 5.000 stones released at minimun (roughtly 2.400 at one occasion resulting in a sore liver for some months) and a "national monument" a stone of 3 x 3 cm in size - all this came out of me - I was a perfect garbage can *lol*
