I would stick to castor oil packs. They are less hard on the body and have a proven track record of ridding the body of toxins. Castor oil packs may also help prevent the formation of new gallstones(people into Liver Flushing should not forgot that discharging existing Gallstones is only one part of the equation; equally important if even not important is preventing the formation of new stones), dissolve existing soft gallstones, and there have been some documented cases of people being able to prevent the need of gallstone surgery by using castor oil packs.
