Hi,

I am just about to start on a 21 day Water Fast and was wondering if anyone can give me any tips. I'm quite worried about the BO factor and white coating on tongue/bad breath. Is there anything I can do to help detox faster? Will getting a colonic help with this?

Also, any general tips and tricks will be much appreciated.
