Yeah. I have had mine for years and I have learned that certain types of food can trigger the outbreak. And that your thinking/perception also may be a factor. Personally, keeping myself away from dairy products limited the number of outbreaks and I was under a program called thesolutiontoherpes.com which totally suppressed my outbreaks. Totally happy with it.
