Wow I got over my gravings yesterday and managed to avoid eating. I went for a walk and to a grocery store- got some tea a yogurt for later when I break the fast and I was good. This morning I feel little proud of sticking to it and I am now determined to go until I finish at least 14 days which would be my longest fast to date. my body is feeling good. Today hurricane Irene is supposed to hit so let's see if I loose power. If so, juicing will not be an option anymore so I will have to tqransition to solids but right now it's looking ok. Fast on my friends who may read this in the years to come since nobody seems to be on this forum anymore- feeling so alone!!
