Hey so i just learned about Andy Cutlers protocl. I have some Alpha Lipioc Acid in my cupboard, and i was think about how if i just take one dose maybe it would free up whatever heavy metals were in my body and be actaully bad for me?!

So i was wondering what the shortest round i could do for this and be effective but not kind of "bring out the beast". I read that you should take ALA every 3 hours but could i do that say 5 times then go to bed, then do it again? or how long should it be for for just a maintenance chelation?
