When I did my 6th flush, I was also very weak. I vomited and had butt-pee simultaneously , at 1:30 AM in the night. It created a huge mess in the bathroom. Aahh, Liver Flushing is definately not easy. I felt very weak. At that point, I felt I cannot handle it anymore.

But seeing the success stories of so many ppl is keeping me motivated. I will try Almond Oil next time. Lets see what happens.

Cut a small piece of lemon next time u drink ES. Immedialtely after drinking ES, start sucking on that lemon piece. It helps in taking away the taste of ES. I got that advice from someone on this forum. It seems to help.

I had to flush, this weekend, but cannot as my daughter's B'day is coming up. Will postpone it by a week...
