Hi Uny!

It's really difficult for me to answer lots of questions via my cell with severe EMF sensitivity, so bear with me.  The answers are not gonna be in any particular order.

I haven't gone by numbers with the blood Sugar crash.  It's a feeling.  It feels like I'm hungry or starving (and I just ate what I usually eat).  I feel desperate, irritable, weak, and I have to eat a lot more and more often for a period of time to make it go away and sometimes I can't get the feeling to go away no matter how much I eat or what I eat.  I just have to wait it out.  Sometimes the feeling lasts about a day depending on what I did to trigger it.... It could last for a week.  Im still feeling the effects of the tincture today and its been a few days since i took it.  Also, the more of this feeling that I have the more sensitive I am to doing other things.  If my blood Sugar feels stable I can drink a certain amount of fluids and feel okay.  If it's not feeling stable, then I have to limit the amount of fluids that I take in otherwise I worsen the situation.

Are you saying to put raw uncooked rice in my mouth?

I put together the tincture from a local company that makes them with organic Genetically-Modified-Organisms free cane alcohol.  I guess the cane alcohol could be the culprit.  I will do some experimenting.  Although, the sweetness that I'm tasting tastes floral.  Again, I'll test it out. But, just as an FYI, cooked carrots, green beans, and corn often taste too sweet for my blood Sugar these days...

As far as juice goes, I have been blood sugar sensitive to fruit juice for a long time... Since way before my adrenal fatigue got this advanced.  I haven't attempted to drink any fruit juice in a long time, but since I'm still sensitive to the point that drinking veggie juice without a raw egg in it will make me feel like I've crashed my blood sugar I think I can safely assume that fruit juice will do the same or worse.

But, to answer your question, I used to have to put three raw eggs in my juice in order to keep my blood sugar feeling stable, now I usually only use one.  So that's an improvement, but overall I'm still eating the same kinds of protein sources that I was before.  Grains and complex carbs make me constipated and so those other foods keep my blood sugar stable. I haven't tried rice recently, but I have tried a potato. I ate 3/4 of one over two days and I felt more constipated for about 3-4 days afterwards.  Trust me, eating that potato was GLORIOUS!  (Just eating something different is glorious really.)  I enjoyed myself immensely, but for some reason my body isn't breaking complex starches down properly and I just can't find a time when I feel like being constipated.

As far as my symptoms to the blood tincture goes, I think that during the first testing period I was drinking the liver tea and so attributed my blood sugar feeling to that because I've felt it in correlation to that before.  During the second round, I was not drinking the tea and the only thing that I had changed was the tincture so I know that it was that.  The first day I took three dropperfulls. The second day I only took one but was still really sensitive....

So, could I try apple cider vinegar with olive oil?  I took one teaspoon in some water a few weeks ago to test it out and it made my head real foggy and dizzy and I felt a lot of burning in my stomach.  I wanted to ask you about that but you seemed busy then.

Yes, the urethra and bladder are still burning...  The situation had improved a little.  I just looked at my notes though and both times that I wrote "low blood sugar" next to the blood tincture, I also wrote "irritated crotch". And since I took the tincture my urinary frequency and burning at night and in the day has increased and hasn't subsided.  Last night I think I actually got up to pee about 20 times.  :(.

I dunno.  I hear what you're saying about not doing enough, but I've learned the hard way about doing too much.  I'm trusting my body to tell me how much is appropriate.  That's all I can say.  And for now, I'm staying far far away from the blood tincture (at least until my blood sugar gets stabilized and my urethra and peeing return to their normal level of irritation.). I think I'm gonna focus on aloe and maybe try some  mullien and other soothing herbs for my urethra and hold off a while on Liver Flushing until I think I can tolerate the citrus without damaging my urethra.  I will also look into trying the pancreas formula.

Mucho grande love,
Beth
