I've always had dry skin to very dry skin. So much so that if I wash my hands with soap and water more than twice a day, I have sand paper hands.

Over the years I've used the liquid caps of lecithin a number of times.

One of the things I've noticed is shortly (1 day) after starting to take them my skin has a distinct sheen to it. As if the oil has lightly coated my body.

Kinda cool.

Say, Pam is mostly lecithin. Does that mean I won't stick to a hot skillet?....;-)
