"Soya" lecithin is completely different from the garbage sold as soy milk or soy burgers/hot dogs etc. It takes 300 pounds of soy to make 1 pound of high quality lecithin and the only thing remaining is the phosphatides, a combo of phosphatidyl choline, phosphatidyl inositol and essential fatty acids.
