If you have drank the CS you took already, it's not a big deal. look at the ingredients. If you see anything in there other than Silver and water, don't take it anymore.

Use only CS that was made with distilled water!

Don't drink anything with proteins, citric acid etc.

Like I said, if you took the CS with anything I have
mentioned, don't go off the deep end. It'll flush out. Just stop taking it.
