They say the granuals are the best i use these ---and a big tub is cheap like $8.00 -- and i mix it with juice and down my milk thistle and chlorella with the mix tastes great and 3 way protection---And the granuals stay fresh in the tub and is the best source of lecithin --they say nothing compares to this way!!
