I have not been doing the SWF, but have been drinkin the laxative tea at bedtime. I'm on day 9 and I'm having bad gas/acid pains in my stomach. I've started my mentraul cycle a week early also (not at all sure what that's about)The gas pains make it difficult to stand up. It worsened after my morning pineapple/blueberry juice. I'm not sure how to ease this and I fear with my veggie juice in a little while the pain will increase. Any advice? Anything that will help releive this gas pain in a somewhat immediate fashion? :)Thanks again
