...That's if you believe the propaganda. If eating low-carb means replacing most Sugar & grain carbohydrates with vegetable carbohydrates, and eating more of the good fat (saturated & omega 3) and less of the bad (polyunsaturated, omega 6 & trans), it can indeed be very healthy. Don't make sweeping statements.
