The difference is that Epsom Salts relax the bile ducts and a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) does not. But they do the same in terms of flushing the bowels.

I use some Epsom Salts with my Liver Flushes for the effect they have on the bile ducts, but not enough to give me diarrhea, and I use the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) the morning after the flush to get out the stones and stuff.
