 Are you drinking water? Are you doing a laxative tea at night are you doing SWF at all? Keeping things diluted and moving out is of >prime< importance. These kind of extreme reactions on the very small amount of juices you are doing point to a very toxic system and that you are eliminating more toxins than the system can handle (Herxheimer reaction). In extreme cases like yours an enema would  ease your herxheimer reactions so will significant;y increasing water intake to keep things diluted. The tea at night and or the SWF  along with an enema are all things that will help the system evacuate the toxins that are causing you all these extreme reactions.

A cup or 2 of juices is hardly anything. Check out the recipes I've posted on this forum they are very tasty and mellow in the system I drink a whole quart at a time and do no less than 3 to 4 qts a day. To me it appears that you ar not intaking enough fluids whether juices or water to keep things diuted and moving out
