I agree with Chris about letting the body alone during a water fast. NO herbs or anything else internally, except maybe ice cubes, after days of hot water. MMM.

That said, I must admit -and forgive my subversiveness, Chris!- I am a *bit* interested in the concept of herbal sprays as feeding the skin--the largest organ. (MH has lots of posts about this...)I wonder if this may be a good stepping stone to that idealistic breatharian state we sometimes take a peek at, then shut the drapes on. Well, just musing... And I think this rightfully belongs in another forum, maybe the Natural Hygiene forum, under the heading, experimentation. The thing about Barefoot's forum, (MH) is he says simply that it's ALL about experimentation! Elegant, really. If we continue this discussion, I think we should take it to the NH forum. Did not mean to derail (split?) Anne's thread.
