That same exact thing happened to me! Dr. Bailey at Humaworm says that the feet are one of the main cleansing zones. I could not figure out why my foot hurt so badly, but others have reported this too. They say it feels like you are walking on rocks. It's a big symptom of disseminated Tapeworm disease, but can be from anything, really.
