Hi Holographic,

Thanks for all these great links and info...what an eye opener as I'm very concerned about my high cholesterol.After doing about 22 LFs my cholesterol has shot up, I had threwn out all my Crestor that my Dr had me on.(I have all the numbers in my past messages).I was experiencing a lot of muscle and joint pains and after reading Dr Uffe Ravnskov's book And cutting out all carbs and fats I was convinced that the drugs were doing me no good.I even saw a Cardiologist who did some ultrasounds and said my heart is in fine shape but if I don't take a shitload of drugs to lower my cholesterol I'll have a heart attack...like him.He said like him,I have inherited high cholesterol and I really need to take all these drugs for the rest of my life .I thought where is the logic in this?This good Dr has been taking all these drugs and they did not prevent him from getting a heart attack so what's the point of taking them?He looked like death warmed over and he was very highly qualified.

At the back of my mind I have always been worrying,although I feel great with no more pains.Lf has helped me with a lot of other problems and now after reading all of these great info I intend to up my intake of vitamin C and add the lysine and proline.From my researches I do believe that it is not so much one's cholesterol but the arterial health that is of most importance.The liver will make the cholesterol needed for the body,case in point being after I cleaned up my diet and made my liver more effecient via LFs my cholesterol was still very high.
