yes, the eternal debate: To Eat, or not to Eat Meat? I don't pretend to know enough about either side. But,you are right, I am trying to listen to my body. Ever since the attacks, meat, dairy, nuts and oils absolutely repulse me. That, and salads, was basically what I lived on. I have just been trying to follow various GB diets ever since. But I feel so hungry all the time. And MAN do I ever crave doughnuts!??
