I posted in the Adrenal Forum because I thought anxiety attacks were caused by weak adrenals. But i could be totally wrong. I don't really know a lot about them, so I was looking for some answers. Yesterday was pretty traumatic, flagging down an ambulance on the freeway, and having your kids watch as their mom is loaded onto the gurney, and they're crying "Don't die, mom, please don't die!"It is a scary thing when you can't breathe, and don't know why.
