Good luck, hope it works for you. If you haven't tried raw garlic, you might want to give it a shot. When I take enough of it, it penetrates every inch of my body and my blood as well. My boyfriend says every inch of me smells like garlic, my feet, neck, shoulders, etc. Not so much in the breath he says, but that's probably because I don't chew it.

My point is that is is a good worm killer, and since it seems to saturate every inch of the body, it might help in your situation.
