Well, I finished my second Liver-Flush today with some mods. Flushes 2 weeks apart.

I did a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) of morning of LF. Ate dry cereal with 3/4 gal of water prior to 1400. At 1400 I ate 1/2 seedless watermelon. It was ALL I could eat. This was a bit much as the lower end was a rumblin' and active until Oil time. At 1800 I drank my Epsom Salts with "EmergenC" added. This product was fortified with vitamins and minerals flavored with lemon/lime. Didnt taste much better than straight ES. At 1900 I drank Betonite Clay mixed w/1/2 cup water to absorb any toxins. I repeated these again at 2000/2100 respectively. With the salts and Watermelon, I was eliminating right up until 2200. I drank the OO/GF and laid down. I slept like a baby even tho I had already taken a nap mid afternoon for 1.5 hrs. I woke up at 0530 and eliminated lots s of water. Went back to sleep for another hour. I got up and did another SWF. Milled around for another hour then had 2-3 eliminations. Altho I did not count. I had approx 400-500 stones varying in size from 1/16" to 3/4". Sorry, dont know the metric equivalent. First flush I had maybe a dz stones.

Symptoms- First time Headache 5 scale 1-10 w/hangover feeling (8) to early afternoon. Hot elimination

Benefits- Felt better w/ more energy.

Symptoms- Second time Headache 1 scale 1-10 w/hangover feeling (0)

Benefits- Dont know yet altho I feel good now with only slight headache.

Summary:

Watermelon- good for dehydration prevention.
Betonite Clay- Good for toxin binding.
I believe the morning after flush was better because of the fast elimination. avoiding the burn which I attribute some to toxins and some to the ES..

I will be doing this every 2 weeks until stones are gone, then as part of my twice yearly regimine along with the MC......
