It is surprising to see how unsupportive people can be while you are fasting. However, most of those people have never done a fast and they only imagine that you are starving your body. My roommate told me though that although he thinks he could never fast, he noticed that I look healthier and rejuvenated after my 7-day fast. I'm hoping he'll join me on my next one :-) Cheers and happy fasting!
