Hi Indianagirl! Glad your hypoglycemia is improving!

Do you take chromium picolinate? I was taking 600 mcg over the span of a day, and it really helps. However, Dr. Neville from the Clymer Center said anyone could safely take 1,200 mcg a day, double what I was taking. So I took this new amount, and wow, it really does help me go longer without eating, and I feel calmer.

Does the muscle weakness in your legs last 24/7, or does it happen only during particular times of the day, such as when you are hypoglycemic/anxious? It is odd, I have muscle weakness, legs that feel like jello, and complete lack of strength (physically, emotionally, mentally) whenever I feel the least bit anxious. This usually occurs when I am further from my house than I want to be, whether on a walk or riding in someone's car. For me, it is completely anxiety related, and crash related, since I fell fine when I'm calm.

I do completely understand what you said in venting about pouring your money into a doctor's program and getting physically worse from it. That's what happened to me with the Lams, as I was determined to be a good patient who stuck doggedly with the program. It got me nowhere except worse health. However, I realize that this whole journey is not easy, and that I'm going to keep running into snags like this until something, or a combination of things finally starts working.
