I haven't used any calcium. I was on Dr Lam's program for 3 months and it was all B and C only during that time.
I stopped being able to tolerate any of it and so quit and am resting my body and my liver a bit now before I start a new program which I know calcium will be a part of if I show that I need it.
All I am doing now is licorice tea and sometimes chromium for my blood sugar.
