Thanks Saljoe! I almost don't want to know but muscle wasting is a the muscles just disappearing or being eaten up by the body?
It's crazy because it happened overnight and then I got weaker still because i was in bed for more than a month which caused some weird circulation issues but since I have been more mobile that is better.
It's so weird that I can't just exercise to get stronger.
