 Regardless of whether they are "real gall bladder stones," it is clear that whatever they are, they were 1) lodged somewhere in my biliary tract and 2) expelled with both the coffee enema and, in much larger numbers, the liver flush.

They were never in the biliary tract, they were in the intestine since what you passed were fecal soaps.  Real gallstones that size CANNOT pass through the bile ducts, which cannot expand that much.  

The reason you got more of these soap stones when you did the so-called "liver flushes was that you were supplying more material for saponification to produce the soap stones and stimulating more bile release, which also plays a role in the saponification process.  Look up how fecal soaps are produced in the body.  It is a common process.
