are you saying that if you stick to the three hour dosing schedule, and you use DMSA/DMPS, that redistribution will NOT occur?
If that's the case people could simply take 300 mg of DMSA every three hours right out the gate and have absolutely no problems
But of course we know that doesn't happen. Even when people stick to the three hour dosing schedule 300 mg of DMSA is way way too much for just about everybody. So is 200 mg. in fact, 100 mg every three hours is still too much for most people. Most have to start out at 50 mg, 25, 12 or even 5 mg.
besides, your logic is this - if a single large dose of any chelator (whether it be ALA/DMSA/DMPS) results in negative reactions, that proves redistribution happened.
Therefore, using your logic, a single small dose of any chelator that DOESN'T result in negative reactions proves that redistribution DIDN'T happen
Also, nobody can explain why none of the rats got "permanently worse" despite getting large doses of ALA once daily. in fact they only got better
