I have actually tried a few sprays but the swelling in my passages would block it from entering. They never worked that well. I did find a cleanse drink just recently that I can actually feel opening my nasal passages within a half an hour after taking it. I work with 3 different doctors and we all have seen the same results on ourselves and in others. I have a closet full of things that didn't work and this stuff works the best.

Note: I just went on a trip to San Diego and and used the cleanse drink down there throughout my trip and I never once woke up congested! A first for me!
