Yes, I know. I took 3 in the morning and another 3 right now, so it's 600 mg together. We'll see if something changes today, if not, will take 9 tomorrow.
Am going to do a research on Mg metabolism. This thing puzzles me, why some ppl need much more.
I did hair analysis and I'm low in Mg but not that low.
More of the problem is Ca/Mg ratio, it's twice as much as need to be.
