Yes many factors come in; but as I have unvaccinated kids; I still saw the fluorides devastating effect on one of them, and a few months after discontinuation of the fluoride his math capasity improved and has to this day.
From C to A in math, same with physics ++

His body temperature raised to the normal 37 C, etc.
Fluoride is the brainkiller IMO.
