Hi Niteblume,

It seems to me that the Smart Meters are all digital.  Our electric meter has a round metal disc that you can watch go back and forth, I think that's the way you can tell what you've got.  If you're meter is digital then chances are good it's a smart meter but your electric company should know if they've installed them.
