Respect Pepe! thats a long swim for real, i imagine it takes a lot of willpower and dedication.

Question what about your weight are you not loosing to much of it? going for that long, and how about muscles.
Think i already know the anwser, with all that living juice, and wisely picked supplements.

Anyhow i follow you, and hope you just added 30 years to your life, i,m learning a lot. Still have mucho questions par example about the iodine, but will get to it later on.

For now keep swimming to the light my brother.
