Hi all,

I did an Master-Cleanse about two years ago and it was great.I started another yesterday and I was so light-headed that I almost gave up.Anyways,today is going fine and I even did a nice work-out.

Now here's my problem.I usually do a salt water flush once a week to cleanse my intestines and it usually works fine.

Both yesterday and today the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) did nothing.I just kept all that water in and just peed like crazy all day.This is rather strange 'cause the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) always works for me and I'm never constipated anyways.I'm wondering if I should take a dose of Epsom Salt tonight,I really cannot stand the taste of senna.Any advice would be great.
