Howdy back atcha. Doing the occasional cameo on the MC forum though these days I'm more about juice "feasting". I'm on day 88 holding altitude and systems are A-OK. After several years of curiosity about iodine I've done a bunch research on it and supplemetation now makes total sense so I just started a Lugols loading phase and will continue on with the juice feast past my planed 92 days feast. I wanna give the Lugols a good change to load up while I'm on juices so I'm playing it by ear but thinking another 3- 4 weeks. We'll see...............
