i feel nauseated to the point of puking when something is stuck. this happened to me the last 2 flushes (4th & 5th flush). after taking the initial 2 ES doses i wasnt able to have a BM until around 1030pm which is quite late for me. the 5th flush, i was able to relieve that congested feeling by taking 1Tbsp each of coptis and curcuma that i got from sesiblehealth.com.
