Thanks for replying feo! I've checked out Dr. Rind's site and there was a page with columns dividing symptoms into Low Adrenal, Mixed, Low Thyroid, can't find it now. But it listed several of the symptoms I have like OCD, taking on others energy in public etc.. Its cool to see specific symptoms listed like that. Did you consult with Dr. Rind?

I've read some of your posts on the breathing methods you are doing. I am interested in this. I think it can help me calm down. I have a terrific startle response (and reflex response as well- makes me feel like spider man sometimes). I've noticed that when I do deep slow breathing, I can actually feel blood flow into my arms and they become warm. You've also mentioned its help with detox... thats a huge one for me as I am pretty toxic now. Do you have more information on this and how much it costs? Thanks!
