hey guys, well i just neededsome opinions... i posted a msg awhile back and sm1 reccomended bowel cleansing for my constipation.... well because of the fact that i am 110 pds and 5 ft 8 inch- you can say i am severely overweight and i eat somewhat well.... but not that clean...once i taste junk food i go on a binge.... annyways.... i know that i am not fit a master cleanse- and dont think i am that rdy yet.... i was wondering if fruit fasting coupled with juicing...will maybe cleanse me.... note i dont intend to use enemas or SWF.... so will a 3 day fruit fast with juicing help?.... thanks
