Yay! I am coming to the end of day two. I love the evening because I can sleep/heal and not think about food. I am never hungry in the morning, even after fasting for over 100 days I was not hungry in the AM. One would think that hunger is hunger...if anyone can explain that to me, I am all ears. I have been keeping myself busy, and I have already noticed an increase in my energy. But, I slept hard and good the first night. I am really experimenting here, I have my first fasting experiences and I am switching things up a bit...cant wait to report back! Gppd luck fasters!
