We had some biting as well and I am not sure what is was but as we took medication it just stopped.
We took triclabendazole, prazi, albendazole, and valben, niclomisde,vermox, ivermectin, gosh I think that is it. the itching stopped shortly after the tricalbendazole followed by prazi.
We didn't have the problem bad though.
Just rashes but they did not itch except for on the hands oh my that was a nightmare.

Sometimes scabies can be atypical and not just in the webs of the hands.
Who knows, there are so many different kinds today.

I hope the load decreases and you start to feel better.
