Dr Schulze never said that the incurables program only worked for 10% of people, what he did say is that only 10% of people were able to make it through the program. Meaning that 90% gave up because it was too intense, (to me same thing as not willing to do whatever it takes to get better)

The people who persevered and made it through the program got well.

Please pay close attention to what is being said before you post erroneous information.
