no problem Erika, what i have is the response letter they finally sent me about the original petition. in a nutshell, they think that our complaints need to go to the AMA, not the fda. that their position is to oversee the general safety of the device, and it is the AMA's responsibility to ensure that the side effect information if properly received by the patients. i am on vacation right now, i can send it when i get back. shoot me an email if i forget-i have a busy couple of weeks upcoming!
