The more that I think about Liver Flushing the more that I realize that I don't understand what is happening exactly and I would like to know. I understand the olive oil part of it but why citrus or apple juice? Why take out all of the fat from the diet? Why garlic? I'm just curious as to what is happening exactly. Is there something written up somewhere that explains this? Thanks lovelies!
