I did my 6th flush after 10 days. Used VCO instead of OO, just to see if it works. There is so much debate and controversy going on abt it.
drank 3/4 cup of VCO at 10PM and chased it down with 1 peppermint capsule, and a mixture of GJ+LJ.
Lied down with a hand held massager. Woke up at 1:15 AM and had nausea and vomited some oil. ( not all!). also Had butt-pee and saw some little green stones in the toilet.I could not count them as I was feeling very sick.

Then woke at arnd 3AM and had another BM. Passed a approx 10 green stones, some white stuff/froth. That was it for stones. Then all day I kept on passing "green butt-pee". No visible stones.
Was feeling a little bit sick in my tummy. so I induced vomiting, using a spoon, and felt great after that.

So apart from stone counting( which was low), I had a good flush, in that I enjoyed the Canada Day celebrations next day without feeling tired.:) I get tons of energy following a LF. I always look forward to doing my next one. I hope pass more stones next time. Not sure if I should switch back to OO (Olive-Oil) or keep using CO...
