Hi Grammyfan!

Making it through day 1 is a big deal, congratulations! I always told myself if I can do 1 day, I can do 100! I did not post my experiences regarding my 123 day juice fast, but I did keep a fairly detailed calendar so I can pretty much tell you how I was feeling on any given day. I will try to put something together for people to see. I am on day 1 of my current fast, I planned for 30 days but I may go longer. It will be nice to share my experiences with you and the folks on this forum! If you have any questions or would like to know about my experience on a specific day let me know...you can do it!
