I have not tried licorice yet. I've read people have had good results with it, but also that since it doesn't deal with the underlying reason of why the adrenals are overworked.

Ya, its difficult to find information about rehmannia and its effect on cortisol. A lot of products being suggested as being good for adrenal fatigue are just giving me more symptoms of low cortisol.
