Hi Arkie,

me, I get a bitter taste in mouth and a feeling like everything in the area of pancreas, small intestines and gallbladder is blocked. These are my sure signs for another flush is necessary. When these signs arise, I've also brainfog and my back pain. Your feelings are quite ok, don't worry!
