Wow 145 days! Now I am sure we have a lot we can talk about! I actually kept a calendar to document each day...it is a real interesting read lol. Now I am attempting another fast, I start tomorrow, but I have tried a couple since my big one ended in December and I am really struggling. That is why I am putting myself out there...accountability! Day 53 for you...I can’t wait until I get there. Did you ever notice numbness in your extremities towards the end of your long fast? I am adding bone broth to get some extra nutrition and hopefully not have to deal with that again. Let’s talk!
